Herman began his education in Nairobi, Kenya earning a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Nairobi. He continued his education in the United States, earning a Master of Arts degree from Regent University (Organizational Leadership), a Master of Arts in Advanced Leadership Studies, and a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership - both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
